Liz is a Chicago native and comes from Italian-American roots. She has inherited her family's love for fine food and appreciation of architecture and art in all its forms.

Liz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and although she has no formal art education her visual sensibilities were shaped while working
in the creative, design field.

Rough textures, earth colors and elements, aged surfaces, urban graffiti, and calligraphy all fascinate Liz. Layered textures of acrylic paint build up the surfaces of her paintings. The Japanese philosophy of wabi sabi, the celebration of imperfection, influences her work.

‘Most of the time my paintings just kind of paint themselves.’ – Says Liz.

This is only a small sample Liz's original works.
The full exhibit will be on display and available for purchase
