Each month you will receive 2 bottles of artisan wines, hand picked by our Sommelier within the monthly budget of $45 (+ tax and s&h, if applicable). Mick will hand select for you one Red and one White wine each month. All picks will work with the season. Each shipment will include detailed tasting notes about the wineries and wines along with food pairing ideas and recommendations for similar wines carried at Cork and Canvas. The wines will be available for In-Store Pick-Up or will be shipped to you via UPS (please add $10 additional/month). An adult signature will be required (21+ yrs. old). We ship only to Illinois residences and businesses. Wine Club members will receive discounts of 10% for half-case (6 bottles) and 15% on a case (12 bottles) of wine. You can mix and match your case. * Not valid with any other offers. Cancellation Policy - Your Membership is month-to-month; you may cancel at any time. To avoid charges, you must cancel your Membership by the 10th of the month. |

Every wine bottle on our shelves is lovingly crafted by people who share our passion for wine and want you to share it too. Small production vintages from innovative producers represent the most exciting edge of the wine experience.
